He's not a RB, but Hines Ward is half Korean. That's about the only successful Asian NFL player I can think of off the top of my head.

I coached an Asian kid once. He played RB for me and was very fast and quick. If he wasn't deaf he could have been a contender.

I have had several fat little gooks play on the offensive and defensive lines over the years.
