Didn't see it posted so here it is

if it has been posted already, mods feel free to give this the hammer

But I thought this was a truly class move by Nash to respect the fans there, buying s full page ad in the Columbus Newspaper.
Wish he was coming to NC, but glad he'll be in NYC.

Yep, and on a biblical level. Provided we acknowledge that "Columbus" in this sense is the management and ownership and not the city.

Yesterday, I rode 100 miles in a bike tour that benefits the James Cancer center at the Ohio State University hospital. Every dollar raised goes right to research. Mr Nash has been involved with it every year they've done it. He has a group of friends that ride, and he's not looking for photo ops or anything. He just raises some money, and rides with the "commoners". If the media comes looking to take his picture, he just says that he prefer they not make a big deal about it. He's only one of 6500 people in a crowd trying to fight cancer.

He was there yesterday, like always. He raised over 200 grand. Supposedly he spent the last few days letting all the local charities that he's supported know that he will continue to support them even though he won't be around here anymore.

It's clear he couldn't wait to get away.

I guess it's true whether you're talking multi-million dollar contracts, or hourly wages. You don't leave a company. You leave managers.
