Rochefort 6, Rochefort 8, or Rochefort 10? I found them the other day at the local specialty store and was wanting to know whatothers who have had them thought of them.

Yes and they're all delicious. Rochefort 10 especially. So silky smooth and rich. Lots of raisin and date flavors going on.
I'd also recommend Chimay Red (Dubbel) White (Tripel) and Blue (Quad) as far as easy to find Trappist beers are concerned.
