I celebrated with a Buccos game. Standing room only...that was miserable. I love going though, but wandering all game with no where to stand is sucky. Oh well, off to a picnic, then The Clarks concert in my townships park, and some FAAAHRRRWORKS!

Hi Boss. Thanks for the wishes and the same to you. I had to drive to Maine Saturday. My mom was rushed to the hospital Thursday night with abdominal pains. A cat scan showed a blockage in here intestines. So I went up to visit my mother in the hospital and stayed at my brother's house. I did get to enjoy some of the weekend. My brother owns a civil war sized cannon and we fired off some shots (just black powder, no artillery). Tomorrow will be a tough day as she is having surgery.

Holy shit, the fireworks were spectacular. Philly knows how to do up Fourth of July, no doubt about it. Didn't go to the parkway. I saw them from my hotel room. Caught a cold or flu. Or something. Feel starved but am afraid to eat in case I throw up. I feel sorry for the poor soul who will be sitting next to me tomorrow on the airplane. He's a fucking goner.
