If I were making the calls:

Sakic, Bure, Shanabaner, and Oates.

Oates should've gotten in a long while ago

Oates is a big reason why Hull & Neely scored a lot of goals. I'd definately put him in the HOF.

Between 97-98 & 01-02 Bure scored more goals than anyone in hockey - despite missing almost the entire 98-99 season (played 11 GP).
- in the first 10 years Bure played, he missed 197 games & still scored more than everyone except Hull & Jagr

If there's considerable debate regarding whether a player should be in the HHOF, then that means he shouldn't be in the HHOF. Yes, I know that the HHOF has been watered down in recent years, but that doesn't mean we should keep repeating the same mistakes. Eric Lindros for me falls in the category of 'considerable debate'.

And for the love of Mike, can we get Pat Burns in the HHOF already?
