I think it's time that we send Gwnn to the farm and give Ruff some playing time. Mayberry can back revere in center and if needed Byrd can play there on occasion. We only have 6 relievers on the team as of now and that is not enough. What do you think?

Eh, I think Gwn should stay up. I mean Gwnn hasn't played the best, but his dad, Tony Gynn, was a Hall of Famer. Gwinne has good genes. If given enough at-bats, I think Gin could be an asset to the Phillies.

I don't agrin about Gwynn. Gwynn should realize that he can't hit for average. Gwynn should be gone with the gwind!

It amazes me that you know who will send down a player who clearly should stay and get on with his major league career, yet vascilate with a guy like Gwynn who definitely needs more small ball seasoning. It always seems that numbnuts is just upside down all the time.

O.K. Caligula, I'll giveyou the benefit of the doubt. Then what is he doing on our roster? Somebody may have fallen in love with the name and memories of his father perhaps?

Dad was a contemporary of Ryno. Each played in the 80's and 90's. Gotta take care of his boy.

Yea jvett. Nepotism seldom pays big dividends especially in the sports franchise/entertainment world. This is another case that the Phillies FO and Sandberg are hoping that the son eventually plays like the father. In the mean time we get killed.
