I currently hold the 4th pick in a rookie draft and these are the rookies still available. Experts who would you draft with the first four picks all things being equal.

Thanks

Ill be the crazy one here... I would take kelvin benjamin... only because cam newton has to throw to someone!!! all others are in either the backup roll or secondary roll... But i am only thinking about this season... if you are looking for the future, i would not know who would take...

Go West, young man.

West has a chance to be a starter this year and has drawn Alfred Morris comps. He is far and away the best player on this board, IMO. If he is available, I would recommend scrapping all needs and taking a shot on him.

That being said, given your QB situation, it would be hard for me to pass on Manziel unless I was sure that I could get a guy like Bortles or Bridgewater later on. I would not be looking to deal for a QB (maybe a minor deal for a backup), but that appears to be your most pressing need at the moment.

Personally don't see West being all that great in the NFL... doubtful he'd have half the college numbers he did if he was playing against real competition. IMHO, the only thing he's got on Tate is youth, and possibly durability.

West easily.
I like the opportunity for Mathews and Benjamin.
And I'm with Treff on the QB situation. I like Teddy over Johnny.

I'd put them dead even in the "I'm not buying" category. from the film I've seen of him, he's not going to have a huge amount of success either. Questionable if he can get much that isn't blocked for him, and at this level, that's a big negative.
Gun to my head I guess I'd take West, because he's not on a team that already has R. Jennings and David Wilson around. West basically only has to beat out, or wait for an injury to Tate.

You know me, Foot, I don't trust rookie QB. Just think of all the QB that have been drafted since Luck and RG3 went #1 & #2? Not many are worth much in the long run. And this isn't even a strong class.

I'd lean more on the RB (like West) and WR that you know will get immediate playing time and targets.

Can research more after work.

Teddy, Lee, West

Someone will reach early on JFF, so let them waste that early pick then trade for him when he is still on the bench in week 3. Then wait for him to get playing time when Browns eliminated, so mid October.

Still didn't have time to look back a few years, but I still stick to my line of reasoning. My 3 from your list are West, Benjamin, and Freeman.

Couldn't, cant and wont say who the top three are. But Lee will be an awful NFL receiver, mark my words.

Okay after doing a little more research.. my the are, Bridgewater, Lee, West.. and West only because he's the "best" RB on the list. And since he's my third, and he's obviously not going to be there for your third, ,, best of luck with the one.

I couldn't remember who you said was already picked, but Andrew Luck's #1 WR in a couple seasons might be Donte Moncrief. Probably wouldn't have to use an immediate pick on him either, could still be available a couple rounds into your draft, just like he was for the real draft.

Wayne - will retire soon, or at least have a major decline in health/productivity at this advanced age (will be turning 36 during this season)

Nicks - I was surprised that he didn't get more attention in free agency. And NYG WR's are kinda like the PIT ones.....they just don't seem to be as good when they leave. Youth is still on his side, but he looked poopy, even when healthy last season. Tough to get behind a guy that didn't even perform in a contract year.

Hilton - not sure what he develops into - seemed to be having a better year before Wayne got injured than after, which I thought the opposite would be true. Regardless, I think Luck is good enough to support 2 fantasy WRs.
