Once it hits zero, the officials do a one Mississippi before throwing the flag. Because at zero, there is still under a second remaining.

To add to that, I've always wondered why the NFL doesn't go with an advanced clock that actually shows the 1/10ths of the second remaining like the NBA instead of just having the officials do a ones e daisy's.
