I find this to be tough. Ray Lewis was the top LB during his era was a pivotal part of 2 Super Bowl victories. The 1st one had an offense that wasn't good. Where Otto let his team to many titles under legendary coach.

I voted for Otto right now, but I can be persuaded to Lewis if argument is good.
