I think it was more about trying to rip his glove off his hand and grabbing his wristI know those two idiots definitely shouldn’t have done what they did, the guy grabbing the ball looks mentally retarded. However, is there a rule against that? I thought if the player crosses over the fence from the field into the stands to catch a ball, then fan interference doesn’t apply. It seems like an obvious rule that may not have been written and will after the season ends.
True, but wouldn’t that be part of the risk of going into the stands?I think it was more about trying to rip his glove off his hand and grabbing his wrist
No, a player going into the stands is not a green light turn it into a cage match.True, but wouldn’t that be part of the risk of going into the stands?
Why not? That would be so much more entertaining. No, a player going into the stands is not a green light turn it into a cage match.
Your damn right it would. Why not? That would be so much more entertaining.
Fuck that. As fans we fund this game. These players wouldn’t be ridiculously wealthy if we decided to do something constructive with our time. If I want to punch Mookie Betts in the fart box because he jumped over the fence, then I should be able to do just that. I pay your salary, man!Your damn right it would.
(but it has to be sanctioned by both parties)
That azzhole just got himself a life time ban from YS

fits with yankee fans. Not sure how to defend either of these idiots... And, please don't associate these two morons with all Yankee fans....
Sadly, the goon grabbing the glove is getting more attention than the weirdo that actually grabbed Mookie Betts! What on earth was he thinking?
