Not sure how to defend either of these idiots... And, please don't associate these two morons with all Yankee fans....

Sadly, the goon grabbing the glove is getting more attention than the weirdo that actually grabbed Mookie Betts! What on earth was he thinking?

They said they planned this for years in case the opportunity arose. they were ejected last night but are allowed in tonight, where they will be on TV more than Aaron Boone. Should be banned from the Series. Supposed Betts got hurt...

I know those two idiots definitely shouldn’t have done what they did, the guy grabbing the ball looks mentally retarded. However, is there a rule against that? I thought if the player crosses over the fence from the field into the stands to catch a ball, then fan interference doesn’t apply. It seems like an obvious rule that may not have been written and will after the season ends.

Nothing short of an embarrassing disgrace.

There is fan interference and there is misdemeanor assault, and what happened to Dodgers star Mookie Betts in the right-field corner of Yankee Stadium in the first inning of Tuesday night’s 11-4 World Series Game 4 loss to New York might qualify as the latter.

I think it was more about trying to rip his glove off his hand and grabbing his wrist

Your damn right it would.

(but it has to be sanctioned by both parties)
Fuck that. As fans we fund this game. These players wouldn’t be ridiculously wealthy if we decided to do something constructive with our time. If I want to punch Mookie Betts in the fart box because he jumped over the fence, then I should be able to do just that. I pay your salary, man!

Should be a lifetime ban.

If the fan touches the ball while in the air and on the fan side of the fence it is not fan interference. If a fan grabs a player that already caught a ball and rips it out of his glove, that is fan interference.

Got to feel sorry for the fan. After the play Betts yelled at them and used profanity. In New York profanity directed at two young adults. He should be suspended for the rest of the series.
