I don't think this lawsuit moves the needle one way or another. The most that Danny can be fined is $5,000 per lie. He already paid $10,000,000 in fines for his other naughtiness.

The truth is, the fact that he's been sued by so many entities for so many reasons that it's hard to remember what he paid the fine for is exactly why he's fucking gone.

That, and the fact that (as kbso so eloquently said) he got the commish sued is going to mean that they're gonna make him sell faster than you can say boo.

The only concern I have is if it will scare away any candidates. Bezos will not be scared because he will cut a check and move on. How much can the DC ag sue the commanders for?
