i agree, they almost cracked the top 25 to start the season, i think they will be in the top 25 midway thru the season.

I'd still love to see the U put an ass-whoopin on K-State ... even though I hate 'em ... just for the ACC's rep. NC State definitely disappointed.

State's loss was disappointing on so many levels. Good school, similar to VT in a lot of ways, that graduates decent folk. ACC school so it would have helped the conference image. Gotta hate Tennessee and want just about anyone to beat them. Etc. Really wanted State to win that.

Tennessee is flat out much better than NC State. in every area of the game. wasnt a surprise at all.
