Chiller,, if you really believe that Trump was fairly convicted by a impartial jury and a fair and balanced judge who donates to the democrat party who then gave the jury favorable conviction instructions in the most liberal city in the United States. You may have TDS. Now if you're not talking about this particular case I then apologize. Came here late to the party.

If trump did the crime in ny, where he lived and worked, then he deserves the prosecution that he got.

NY told him to fuck around and find out, and guess what reptec? He did.

Now he and his supporters want a different justice system for him just because he doesnt like the judge or jury.

Too fucking bad.

Thats not how it works, doofus.

Chiller doesn’t look at those facts .

So that’s a second “no” from you, skinsdad?

No on the constitutional question and no on the jury selection question too?

Thanks for continuing to prove my point.

Charges brought against those on January 6 range from interrupting a government proceeding to assault. Sorry but nothing there speaks of sedition.

I read the January 6 summary. Basically, it says a couple of oath keepers read too much into Trump‘s statements. Well you would say that too if it was part of a deal.

I need actual evidence that he tried to overthrow the election. Challenging the election results is a perfectly legal option. And they never proved there was no illegal activity regarding the election. And anybody who believes the US election process and government officials are not corrupt is a fool.
Yet.

A jury of his peers , that can mean many things to include political leanings as the constitution doesn’t specifically innumerate that . However if you to read the constitution further you will find that all powers not established in the constitution belong to the states , then the people . Now if a judge who is a democratic donor who has a vested interest in the defeat of the defendant one can certainly conclude bias especially when expert witnesses were not allowed to testify. Now the court of appeals knows about things such as evidence covered under presidential immunity and also the fact the banks claimed no injury . So again when it’s overturned based on improprieties by the judge and the lawyers he will be innocent, as he was in the 1st place

You can’t be this ignorant, Moving high profile cases to different areas from where the crime took place happens for various reasons. One is the reason that the defendant can’t get a fair trial regardless of what your bias ass self thinks. Question: Do you have your mask and lighter fluid ready in case Trump wins.

Except the crime is made up and not equal protection. When the governor tells other business owners, don’t worry, this was just to get him, that is unconstitutional at best and criminal at worst.

I'm sick of the name change complaining. But I'll never get sick of the Trump Cult trying desperately to defend a criminal.

So then why wasnt it moved? Oh that’s right, because there was no probable cause to suggest that Humpty Drumpfty would get an unfair trial.

He tried to wriggle out of the location, but alas, the court of appeals that skinsdad is banking on denied his motion.

Too bad for Donnie and too bad for your team, wrong again.

Here’s the proof:

Finally, no: I’ll be absoultely fine if Drumpfy wins again. For starters I live in the best state in the Union, NY. Secondly, I have plenty.

You however might want to stock up on white hoods and torches in case things dont go your way, homie .

You added an opinion piece which means literally nothing at all.

You know what they say about opinions, right skinsdad?

Wait a second: do you know the difference between a fact and an opinion?
Nope all happened
