I remember when I first saw E in Grand Rapids. He was big, he had a rocket of a slap shot, and he fell down a lot. All of a sudden the Wings blue line started to get injured, and everyone was talking about this awesome defense prospect from Grand Rapids who was going to shock the world. I never understood the initial man crush from everyone, although I did kind of buy in at one point. But to me, he's still that same big dumb Swede with a rocket of a shot who can't use his size, lacks hockey sense, and... well he doesn't fall down as much any more.
