meh we have a pick machine in Davis and the front office likes to sit on their hands. I doubt we make a big splash or do any trading at all. We already sent a 4th and a 6th??? for a Safety.

Trade Stacy for a day 3 pick.

The Bengals are in a position where they have two very nice RBs. It seems like they'll go with the younger kid, Hill. Which means Bernard could be up to a trade.

You are making something out of nothing. Gio Bernard is 23 and Jeremy Hill is 22. The Bengals are not considering trading either of them... move on. Not even a conversation worth starting.

Gio is a real 3rd down back and Shotts doesn't use the 3rd down the right way. It is a waste to find a guy to catch it if the OC won't call the play.

Why go after a former 1st round RB, when we keep finding Gem RBs late in the draft?

Thank you whoever drafted PEAD!

You mean like Mason who was drafted later than Pead?? You mean like Stacy??

Ok, I will bite. Lets just say the Bengals were going to dangle him. What do you think they would want to trade him?? A WHOLE HELLUVA LOT MORE THAN WE HAVE TO GIVE UP!!

Next Question :L

Let's not act like Tre Mason was a late round flier; he was the 5th RB picked at pick #75, only 21 spots after the 1st RB went off the board.

:agree::10::suds:

Agree, was a a Heisman Finalist, SEC offensive player of the year, broke Auburns record for all purpose yardage, formally held by some guy named Bo Jackson?

Don't mess around with another vet FA or trade dude. Haven't we learned anything from guys like Wells and J. Long? Go after Gordon in the draft. He's a beast.

Stacy in the 5th and Mason in the 3rd = always a good RB available later in the draft.

And it doesn't matter, Mason is the future RB of this franchise. He's got more wiggle and a serious burst of speed that Stacy doesn't and I haven't seen since 28. Stacy is a good rammer that can be useful, but Mason can take it to the house from anywhere. Zac30 might be trade bait actually.

If we draft an RB before the 4th round, I'll be surprised.

But I've been surprised before. :suds:

yeah Mason looks faster then T. Austin. of course Austin is high stepping trying to get out of bounds most of the time lol.

I think the high stepping comes from trying to avoid stepping in all that shit we have out on the field when the offense is out there!!

Exactly... here is a nice list of RB's we could look at LATE on day three:

Cameron Artis-Payne
David Cobb
David Johnson
Javorius Allen
Karlos Williams
Malcom Brown

Plus there will be some undrafted guys who can play as well. RB is not a need at all IMO. Draft one if we get an extra 5th, 6th or 7th... but not before then. We have other needs
