I caught the last out also, retro. Unbelievable how these guys can't get a big hit when they need it, and at home too. Asche and Rupp 0 for 12, LF Brown and Sizemore 1 for 7, but the front of the lineup was 9 for 29. The team was 1 for 15 with RISP.

Howard is always not getting what we need when we need it and giving us what we don't need when we don't need it like last evening. And Asche and Rupp have been drinking the same clubhouse water because they can't hit to save their careers and Brown is an eff-up waiting to happen. That hot hitting streak of Sizemore is gone down the shitter as well. Jimmy Rollins went to sleep last night as well.

Burnett is taking his normal four innings to warm and he just served up a single up the middle. One of the ESPN announcers believes the Phillies are going to be active next week and move several players. I don't know if this legitimate because it is ESPN but we shall see.

That game last night took 5 hours and 47 minutes. There were a total of 29 hits last night as well. Unfortunately we came up short. The Giants used 22 players and the Phillies used 20 players. That game ended right around 1 am in the morning.
