I hear ya. As Pix pointed out well in her earlier post, this is a result of a slew of health issues apparently. It sucks. Getting old sucks. Gordie rules.

Not good. That's exactly how my grandmother went. Hospitalized after a stroke at home, died of a massive stroke suffered while in the hospital.

I hate to say it, but at this point you kinda just have to hope that he's not in any physical pain.

20+ years ago that would have been a no-brainer but nowadays they always sell the naming rights and it changes every 5 years or so. I'd settle for something like "The ______ Gordie Howe Arena" or whatever. That way they still get to attach their name and get credit for showing some class to a legend.
