George "Geep" Chryst to be named Broncos tight ends coach

The Broncos add another former OC - this time as TE coach. This guy's brother is the HC of the Wisconsin Badgers - a real football coaches family. Looks to be McCoy's buddy from the Panthers.

Really to my eye - this fellow was also not a Vance Joseph hire. It will be interesting to watch Vance Joseph over the coming years to see if - Elway allows him to grow into the role and take over more of the decision making, but right now - Alpha Male, or not Vance Joseph is the Head Coach who has no choice but to let the boss pick his staff.

Well if this season we see VJ on sidelines with headset on and never talking to anyone and getting tangled up in Giuseppe's / JE's strings, we'll know what's what. I'm not committing to anyone till I see results and we'll certainly know early enough who's calling shots and who might be playing the Pinocchio role if that's the case. Way to soon to judge anything at this point. IMO of course Gentlemen.
