Honestly, I think this makes the team better.

Hunt will get lots of good snaps between now and next year so he is ready to be a versatile rotation guy on our DL next year, may eve have to start opposite Dunlap if we can't resign Johnson.

I would bring in Miles, and try to shore up what has been a very shaky special teams so far.

I think our fans undervalue Geathers. Anyone want to give us the PFF stats on him? I've always thought he was an affordable, versatile guy that always seemed healthy and helped a ton in run support. Maybe I'm wrong?

If Hunt is active, this will give him a jump start on his career..... Maybe he won't have a redshirt year after all.

I mean, Hunt is already 26 or 27 years old. You can't afford to redshirt him too long. Get him some experience.

If so, they must be serious about making Mays a LB, because this gives them too many DB's and not nearly enough LB's if they are not moving Mays to LB. Only thing that makes sense.
