They should win this series, but getting past better offensive teams such as Detroit or the Nucks? I'm not so sure, especially when our PK is essentially useless out there. The Sharks gift wrapped this game to the Kings with Stoll being out and leaders such as Joe T. aren't born leaders to begin with.

The Kings goals have all come from the points. The difference this time is there have been Kings guys setting up screens. The Sharks will start boxing out and correct this error. Hopefully everybody will be back next game.

Game 3 Tuesday will be tough. Kings are fully in the series, and the Sharks have their problems in LA. The mounting pressure on the Sharks will be thick enough to cut with a knife. Losing a playoff game is understandable, but the fucking shit they have put out there tonight is completely unacceptable and an embarrassment. The only good thing is that tonight's abortion is not as painful as losing in OT after leading late in regulation.

I can see them at the very least coming out with a split. Of course, I'm not expecting so much from Thornton but other players on the team are more than capable of contributing and atoning for their mistakes from tonight (see: Ryan Clowe).
