Well we knew we would be seeing some great hockey with the shortened season and we haven't been disappointed. I think not traveling to the opposite coast is really showing in the intensity of games. I can only imagine what the playoff games will be like with the teams being so fresh.

Are there going to be less inter conference games? If so I bet the quality of hockey goes up a bit. I haven't traveled to the west coast often but when I did I did feel some jet lag and I didn't have to play a game within 24 hours
