From? I'd agree if Aldon had an addiction to opiates, because full opiate withdrawal can take 2 months (lethargy & sleepless nights), but Alcohol withdrawal doesn't take more than 12 days tops... And Weed withdrawal?

He needs to use the entire summer, not on the track field to increase his speed, but at George Whitfield's house. I was watching the Bears game, and I was impressed by Josh McCown's mechanics in the pocket. You don't have to be an elite player to learn from, Kap. Find out the nuances of the position from an average Joe who is doing it well like Josh or someone else for that matter.
