Really bad swing there, especially on a 2-0 count. You don't expect that from posey.

I'm not worried. Just more dissapointed. We know they can do better than this.

I heard he is battling a respiratory virus, maybe that's throwing his game off a bit

I felt really bad for Huff. Just goes to show how many runs good defense can save. The Dodgers might have scored 3 fewer runs if Ross had been out there. Too bad that Ross coming back will probably mean less at bats for Burrell. Pat the Bat is off to a great start. There was a blog article that stated that Ross coming back could make Belt's roster spot less secure, but I can't imagine that happening. Belt's been too good so far, and he looks like he's for real. He seems to have the power and patience necessary to be an excellent hitter.

When Ross comes back, I think that either Huff will go to LF or they will have Belt try his hand at playing LF.

Especially outfield defense, on this team. Remember how we were not that worried about 3B and SS defense with all our flyball/strikeout pitching? Well this is the other side of that coin. Throw in our tricky outfield dimensions, and you have to wonder how they are going to work it.

I'd say Belt can sit a few games when a lefty starts. Burell can sit against righties unless he has good history vs them.

Whatever Sabochy decides, I'm down with it.

Sabochy better figure something out quick before Huff hurts himself out there.
