Both calls were SUPER close. Not sure the play at 2B was clear enough to overturn, and the play at te plate probably would have stood against whatever was called on he field.

Yes, they both were very, very close. Which makes them going against LA all the sweeter.

So that may be a record that will never be broken - losing two replay appeals on one play. Because each team only gets one appeal to lose in a game. I guess if you win an appeal, you get that back, but can you use that re-earned appeal on another aspect of the same play? It would be hard to imagine a team losing three appeals on the same play.
