Second game in a row he was left on deck. I was hoping the Doggies would beat the Snakes for a change, but it was not to be. Puig now hitting .500 after going 3-4 tonight. All singles, though, so the guy is proving to be slightly mortal. Has he had a 0-fer yet?

Once in 10 games so far - June 5 against the Fathers. Jason Marquis, RHP, and Co. held him to 0-4, with 2Ks. But that was the day after he hit two HR's with 5 RBI's off them in just his second game, so he may have been celebrating a bit the night before.

If the guy has a hole in his swing, no one has really found it yet.

I think this shows a couple things here, Arias is getting the bulk of PT at 3rd with Pablo out, and the Giants are not quite comfortable with Perez's 3B/infield defense. If either of those weren't true, we'd probably be seeing Peguero or Kieschnick right now.
