Birds..please elaborate, I can understand moving back and no one moving back to the LOS but it seemed they all shifted at the same moment.

I honestly can't elaborate, it seems like it dances a fine line and it worked for the 49ers before, but I think you're right that it's a problem since they all move at once. Maybe if Peele just stepped back and then Walker stepped forward, then it would be OK?

Although, maybe it does fall under the simulating the snap... I really don't know enough of the rules to know, but I'd have to guess the 49ers cleared that with whichever official crew came to their Training Camp.
