That'd be OK if it were Kaepernick, he'd fall into zone blitzing tricks. Smith has been in the NFL too long to not account for a D-Lineman dropping into coverage.

Second preseason game is NOT what I meant. That excuse works for Kap, not Alex. He should be able to read that defense when 3/4 of us on these boards did it prior to the throw.
