May as well strip thornton of the "C" and give it to couture. At some point in that locker room the players need to step the fuck up and address the issues of not being ready to play the blue jackets. Its pretty obvious its a complete lack of repsect for that team and that starts with the players not the coaching staff

I wonder if Thornton is playing with a lower body injury? He kept falling down during the game or maybe its a skate issue. Either way Thornton has to raise his level of play.
