I thought Thornton went short side because Quick didn't go far enough.

To me it seemed like he overplayed Thornton taking the puck to the front of the net and took himself too far off the post.

Burns is more likely to drive the net like Marleau than set it up

True. It just seems like when Burns has the puck at the point he wires it at the goal every time without ever considering any other options.

Yeah east/west but not only east/west quick passes back for the one timer. He likes to come across split save it seems like every time. He just way to much explosion on his push offs, its going to lead to a blown out groin on a recovery one day.

He is like Nolan Schaefer but with better down mobility
