Instead of trying to pairs that have had average to below average success (Demers/White and Braun/Vandemeer), why not switch things up some? VanDemers and Brite?

I think this speaks volumes about Vlasic's ability to stabilize a pairing. Demers still made bad reads last year when he was paired with Vlasic. When play slowed down, Demers struggled. White is nowhere as good defensively as Vlasic, a bit of a surprise, and that has exposed Demers.

Its style of game also that makes a good pairing , Demers and Vlasic really compliment one another very well, Demers needs to be paired with another mobile D man not a slug.

Sharks look as if they are still happy with their 5-1 road trip. This is not considering the 0-2 hole they are in. They look uninterested. Better put on a better showing for the home crowd. I don't think they even had one good scoring chance.

We're lucky its only 2-0! We were extremely sluggish and lifeless.....liked the Winchester fight....but apparently its gonna take more then that to breathe life into these Sharks! 15-4 SOG in favor of Pitt. UGLY
