I'm curious to see how the D pairings play together and if the 3rd and 4th lines can continue to play like they did in the regular season. With all the turnover this team has had, I'm more interested in performance than results this early in the season. Not that I won't be rooting for a win.

Bummed that we don't get to see the full squad tonight but looking forward to see what Wingels and Greiss can do, I have a lot of confidence in Greiss. That offseason seemed quick, but I am ready for hockey. Took in a couple pre-season games at tank but I am ready for the real deal. I don't watch much TV so I need Sharks games on at night a couple nights a week especially weekdays so I can have something to look forward to in the evening during work.

P.S. So when are we going to see Havlat and Niemi?

Niemi will be in net for game two. Wilson says Havlat is 98% so maybe game two also but I'm more inclined to say the begining of November.
