Bad timing for him, fortunate for us if this turns to have a shred of truth to it. Can you imagine the shit storm had we picked this guy at 17 and this came out two days AFTER the draft completed.

I dont think they would outright cut him, but I really dont want to know how the league would handle it. Again these guys are lined up for MILLIONS of Dollars in alot of cases. If it were my son, he would be on lock down until after the draft. And if it were me, knowing the way things are... I would seriously avoid people I dont know very well for the time being.

Now please don't not pick to hell and get into politics , however we had a presidential candidate who got a parade of woman saying this and that but in the end where are they now ? Nowhere and if there was any real truth to it . That's the issue here. A woman could have Ben a real victim of a r*pe or she could be looking for a payday , it appears Caleb Brantley accuser was the aggressor and a liar so hopefully this goes that route and no woman was a victim . If it turns out true then both should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law

These are always very difficult stories because there are two very different possibilities and only two people know the truth. Obviously charges like this have to be taken seriously but it's also equally possible the woman is full of crap.

Assumed Guilt and having to prove innocence beyond a doubt, people might be a tad more conscious of their action BEFORE they take them.
