It looked like a weak half-swing and miss from Long. I didn't see any punches from the Panthers. It was difficult to see anything clearly. The refs call it as they see it and I won't criticise their decision. It's up to players to keep calm. I don't remember Rams fans complaining when Finnegan taunted the Redskins last year. The Redskins response drew a critical last second 15 yard penalty on the final FG attempt.
