All that would have happened, if Dalton can't fit it in to Green for a TD, then every blames Dalton for not being a good enough QB to get it to Green as we have to settle for a FG or watch the Raiders pick it off.

it was having your QB's back. And often charsima or bravado is needed to lead. Sometimes not...but in that situation it was appropriate and I'm sure he has the respect of his teamates.

if the play in question were actually dirty I wouldn't have had as much of an issue with it...

Because like you knew, the Bengals had the game in hand, why not try for the record?? Cover Green, you more than likely cover the play. Everyone else was single covered, AJ was probably doubled.
