only hope is to save him the way the cowboys saved Romo, lots of offensive linemen.
The defense, well, needs a miracle, lol, dig up Singletary or somebody.

Cutler is not the answer. If the Bears had a QB who managed the ball they could be 5-2.

It will only get worse from here. Locker room imploding, Cutler sucking, Trestman the stoic loser...

I'm a little tired of this sentiment- "Cutler's not The answer"- Not just because I'm a Cutler supporter, but because of the alternative.
The alternative is what? a rookie? Any rookies winning the SB? Nope
I don't believe- Matt Schaub, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Kyle Orton, Josh McCown or any other journeyman would be Superbowl winners either... and certainly not long term answers.

If this team were a poker hand and the pot was just getting to the playoffs... I would fold. To hit the magic number of 10 wins (we're not winning the division with 9... the division is too good) we'd have to win 7 of the last 9. Not impossible... we could get dealt the card for an inside straight... but not likely enough to keep throwing money in the pot.

Next week is going to be brutal. The Pats had a Thursday night game this week which means they have ten days to prepare for us in Foxboro. From this point on, I'm just looking for improvement and growth shoots going into next year. Play the young linebackers and safety Brock Vereen to sort out the players from the pretenders so we can go into the offseason with some knowledge of what we really need.

New england is 9th worst in the league against the run, averaging giving up 126 yards per game, first in the league only giving up 208 yards passing per game.

They better run the ball 25+ times.

Anybody recognize the trick-punt return by St. Louis this last weekend?

Dumb announcers been licking their balls over it all week. Wonder when Fisher's gonna admit HE didn't draw it up?

I gotta see it again. I thought he threw the ball across the field when I heard them talking about it, didnt see the replay, but I guess nobody ever figured out the ball was kicked to the other sideline.

You see it in college every now and then, I'm sure it was tried before in the NFL. for yahoo or whoever to act like it was the first time ever in the history of sports is ridiculous.

Yup, and the ref called a phantom holding on Corey Graham.

I don't know about the rest of you, but that was the first time I had ever seen all 11 players completely faked out.

I miss Dave Toub.

Sorry you're tired, but it still doesn't change the fact that Cutler is not the answer.

Besides, this is a sports forum. Don't like what I say, don't read my posts.
