Here's where I'm at, we underestimated Malik and Trev. Should've moved sooner on those cats before they priced us out of the market. It's good to see Elway locking these dudes up earlier with team friendly contracts. We need to bring in an offensive line expert. Elway has sucked drafting o lineman sans Paradis, and really how could Paradis have sucked with the mullet he rocked. That was a give me. Schofield, Garcia, Sambraillo (new magnitude of sucktitude) are all shit draft picks. They were head scratchers the day of the draft, as in they were taken way too early, and they are ball scratchers on the field. Kubiak should be publically flogged for even putting Sambraillo out there. Terrible analysis, and terrible decision on his part. Unless of course he has a life insurance policy on Siemian

Schofield has played average to above average this year in my opinion. and given how poor that draft class was overall getting a mediocre starting guard round 3 is about all i could have asked for. He was not a fit at RT against speed rushers (against the afc west especially) but i truly see him being able to become an above average guard. Him and Paradis are the only two I am content keeping next year (unless we want to move stephenson to LG or RG with moving schofield to LG)

I woke up this morning thinking "Did that really happen"

All sad, then I remembered how I woke up after we won the SB and sprung out of bed with a huge smile.

I honestly don't feel we underestimated them. It came down to money and re-signing Von at the time.

Being the DB guy I am, I also think it is a bit of a letdown with our pass rush that we only have 10 INTs through 11 games. :(

I mean I can't complain about the DB's, but I expected more of those.

Roby is becoming expendable. I always thought he would be the guy to take over for talib, but maybe we should keep talib and let roby walk at end of next year (drafting his replacement this year).

Special teams coach needs to be called onto the carpet to explain the illegal formation penalty that I have never seen be called before. Do not have that penalty and Denver wins last night . Its that simple because it required zero execution only proper alignment.

Defense essentially held KC to 3 points for 57 minutes and Trevor throws for 3 TDs. This is a 21-3 game with 3 minutes to go.

Overall a very good game by the offense and defense.

I get what you are saying but great defenses make stops when the time is right. How can they make Alex Smith look like Alex Smith the whole game until the last drive then the defensive backs lay off the last drive and let him pick them apart? Then he looked like Tom Brady. Everything was short and the Broncos DB's were nowhere to be found. On the 4th down conversion Roby laid off way to far. The Broncos had a blitz on from the outside so Roby needed to be tight to his guy, Smith was going to get rid of it very quickly. Peace.

I have to admit that I'm still in a bit of shock over the outcome of last night's game. I know that any team can win on any given Sunday but the Broncos could have won that game in so many ways last night. Even when the game winning field goal doinked off of the goal posts in overtime, I still didn't believe it. The Broncos blew that game at least 5 or 6 times. One of those heartbreaking losses that will take some time to recover from. Hopefully it inspires and ignites our team to win out.

I just can't believe how this defense gives up scores after the Broncos score. They had a chance to end the game versus the Panthers, Saints, and Chiefs and gave up points or chances on points to lose those games. I have never seen Broncos CB's layoff the Chiefs wr's so much as I did on that last drive. 4th and 10 and a blitz coming knowing that Smith will have to throw the ball short and quick and Roby is nowhere to be found. The passing game finally gets it going and the defense and special teams lets them down. This defense is not lasts years defense. That's for sure. The o line is garbage except for Paridis. Nothing more to be said there. The Broncos are just lucky that they are still in the playoff race somehow. Peace.

My boy Roby needs to see a sports psychologist. He is in a funk. He looked great up until Talib's second game out. Now he looks petrified out there, no confidence, nothing. Not good

OC, who changes their avatar first - me or you ??

A few good things:

- Things took a positive turn when Stephenson was put in .. It wasn't spectacular, but that when things began to move on offense

- Dixon handled that bad snap beautifully .. I remember there was an adjustment period with him hold for McManus in the preseason, but Dixon seems to be in sync w/ McManus and has been punting better and more consistent each week ..

- Justin Simmons is looking more and more at home on defense .. He is going to be a special player - I loved David Bruton, but Simmons is going to be a force out there
