If Green Bay weren't clearly trying to stop the run and make Kaepernick beat them through the air I would say the running game was a let down today. However if Green Bay's game plan when they play the Niners is to stop the run and allow them to throw the ball all over the yard they may want to come up with a new game plan because Kaepernick is good enough to beat you that way too. You could give a game ball to Anquan Boldin, Vernon Davis, or Colin Kaepernick.

it made sense to scheme and stop the run, more so because of Kaep's running threat. but then again, their DT's (Raji and Jolly) were solid.
