The only pros out of this soon to be trade is that he is injury prone, not getting any younger, were clearing cap, and we might get something good out of him.

Those cant replace great memories, though.

Agreed. If this is a pure salary dump to try and sign Turco/Nabby, then it is a horrible move on Homer's part. Unless we get Bernier as part of the return package, I can't be happy with this.

Our PK will take a serious hit, the reason our defense is so good is because our forwards know how to play as well. Gagne is also a big part of the two-way play.

With our defense being a solid 6 deep, I don't think that will be a big hit. My biggest problem is that Gags has always had a nose for the puck. He is seldom caught out of position, and always seems to find his way to the net to clean up the garbage.
