I'll post this one time just to break the funk. We'll look back at this game as the one the Kings got back on winning streak.

Prediction: Kings 3 Preds 1. They need to win a close game and not blow a lead.

I don't know if because these two are playing..... Hearing nashville would send LA Saros for Buster, I can't believe i'm going to say this But no thanks. I think Saros is a Solid G.... But i'm not really convinced goalt ending is the problem anymore. I think I really want to see a change in coaching, And then see how these guys play

As for that trade, agreed - G isn't the issue, there are other ones. Even being a Buster detractor I wouldn't make that deal. Only way would be Swayman IMO.

He and TM watched the Dallas tape and Blake said that he’s fine with D and the structure Blake is fine with. Blake isn’t happy with the scoring.

I was a but surprised.to hear that too. Holy shit is Bowlby off track.

Also we just saw Buster at C on the PP after Kopitar got booted, he lost it, Nashville recovered, quick ring around the boards and out. THAT is why Buster isn't a C and I don't think he will be unless something significantly changes.

So i can see this game on hulu with wifes fire stick. Kings seem to have jump but still have a hard time sustaining consistent pressure, dangerous pressure.

If a bubble team like Nashville is giving them fits, an elite team will smoke them. The more this season is going along, the less confident I am they will do any damage when it matters.

Interesting thing I read today, like 75% of the Kings wins have been against non PO teams. Most of their losses have been against PO teams.

I'll have to dig up specifics but you get the point.

Believable, but what can be done if coaching ok...find a way to score more doing what isnt working?

It’s amazing, that even the color guy is saying that this is the most involved PLD has been this season.

I don't like what I just saw, he has a chance to score and it sure looked to me he got whacked right before the shot, then he goes after the puck and Novak sure looked like he went down easy. Notice on the ESPN replay they didn't show his chance, just his "penalty".

The guy has not performed for sure, but he's been.a victim of this too all season long. There is definitely gray area involving him.

Also, JAD is a really average player. I wouldn't hesitate at all to move that guy for a 4th round pick.

Remember Lisa Dillman? She was TA Kings coverage for a few years back to 2019, she insisted this guy would be a player (also LaDue too) and I always blasted her saying yeah no, effort or not he won't be more than a fourth liner. I never even said B6, he isn't a third liner. I got flamed hard by her supporters in the comment section constantly but lookie here...oh I was right.

I appreciate his effort, I do. But there is nothing there and I wish the Kings would move on from these types of guys.

It jusy baffles me how much they have protected that guy from Waivers to recalls to whatever. There literally is nothing special about the guy, he's a dime a dozen in this league and doesn't bring anything.

I always say they hang on to these guys to save face, especially in the last 7 years. Not a good look when you're moving guys out constantly because you poorly drafted or made bad decisions.

Ferraro asked if the Kings are choking on sticks, he says "not really" and alludes to them going back to known locations on plays and taking shots from there. They're low percentage shots too.

That's coaching, that's being ultra conservative. Have some structure and go tos for sure but don't make those your defaults 100% of the time.
