Leadership needs to have a collective talk with these guys. Tell them to stop trying to be heroes and just play the way they have been since trade deadline and if eithrr or both of the oiler saviours out there dont give them an inch.

Also dont be the 2nd guy doing the stupid shit, stay out of it as much as possible and bring this game in.

I actually liked that period a ton more than the first. I don't know the numbers, but Oilers obviously overplayed McDavid and Drai in the 1st, and they really felt like they scaled it back in the 2nd. I imagine they're decently rested heading into this 3rd.
