Too many wild card teams.
thankfully it's not the NBA formatToo many wild card teams.
No Detroit isn’t if Seattle wins. That’s why Seattle is being majorly fucked by gb and Detroit playing after them. If Seattle wins Detroit has nothing to play for. Gb wins and Seattle is outI know the winner of the Detroit green Bay game is in no matter what.
Mentions 5 teamsIf Seattle/Rams tie & the Detroit/Packers tie
Detroit makes the playoffs
but if Seattle wins & Detroit wins Seattle makes the playoffs. (found that interesting)
If those two games tie & the Redskins win.
We would have 4 teams end the season with 8-8-1. Tie for the 7th seed for playoffs.
Just when we thought we got rid of teams ending the season at .500
it's coolMentions 5 teams
Seahawks
Lions
Rams
Packers
Redskins
First response is about the Eagles
I agree...which is why it's going to be so great when the eagles lose. It's too bad the Eagles are so important that it keeps the other teams from being discussed. That's not right.
Not true.No Detroit isn’t if Seattle wins. That’s why Seattle is being majorly fucked by gb and Detroit playing after them. If Seattle wins Detroit has nothing to play for. Gb wins and Seattle is out
The problem is and has been the extra divisional team. 3 wild card teams is fine. A 6 team playoff is perfect.Too many wild card teams.
Yeah, I flat out forgot Detroit and Seattle played. When ninersoutlaw mentioned Seattle being in if both teams win I thought "ridiculous, the only way that's accurate is if they played each other and they haven't". Then I thought "wait a minute, did they actually play?" No way I fuck this up even 10 years ago, I had sports stats down. 10 years later, with a baby and working 60 hours a week and yep. I fucked up and forgot Seattle beat Detroit. Ahh, good times. No Detroit isn’t if Seattle wins. That’s why Seattle is being majorly fucked by gb and Detroit playing after them. If Seattle wins Detroit has nothing to play for. Gb wins and Seattle is out
