I am thinking the running game will be better with elliot. the playoffs are very possible if Romo and Dez stay on field. that jaylon smith will be a beast if he recovers

"sportsmedicine center, which will be available for public use and will hopefully be able to develop an artificial, superiorcollarbone for Tony Romo."

If the Cowboys want to spend $1.4B on a practice facility, cool stuff :)

I know the HS teams that will be using it will get their moneys worth out of it. And Jerry will make a lot of money off of it.

After reading it, it's not just the practice facility obviously but looks like a cool place. Restaurants, hotel, etc. Hope they don't build more than the area can handle, but you guys would know more about this than me

this is way less than what was predicted for Valley Ranch back in the late 70's early 80's and most of it came true development wise
Jerry and Tx would have been friends if they had meet 10 years earlier both were cut from the same cloth

I wont defend it but both were visionary 1 brash Jerry 1 slick Tex

Report: Cowboys, NFL discussing holding 2018 draft at new $1.5 billion facility
Roger Goodell has said the NFL will look to move the draft from Chicago

Considering the cost of the Cowboys' new facility in Frisco, Texas, is going to total roughly $1.5 billion, it's probably best the team finds a few ways to put that facility to use. That appears to be exactly what Jerry Jones intends to do.

According to the Dallas Morning News, the Cowboys are discussing the possibility of hosting the 2018 NFL Draft with the league. AT&T Stadium, along with the facility, could also be used if the Cowboys earn hosting rights.

The NFL just wrapped up its second consecutive draft from Chicago. But as NFL commissioner Roger Goodell indicated last month, the league will likely look for a new destination beginning next year.

Other than the fact that the draft would be held in Frisco, it's hard to see a reason why the draft shouldn't take place within the Cowboys' new mega-complex, which has been coined The Star. As I wrote a couple weeks ago, construction costs for the Cowboys' new facility will exceed the cost for AT&T Stadium.

Manster you wont be jumping ship now will you when the Raiders come to town?

Heard an interesting theory on the Fan a couple of days ago. They were saying that Jerry does not think Mark Davis is smart enough to run a NFL team on the marketing and advertising side etc. And that the team might be moving to Vegas under new ownership by the guy that runs Las Vegas Sands Casino SHELDON G. ADELSON. I know about the no owning gambling stuff but they made a really good analogy that this could happen and the NFL Owners might force Davis into a miniority position to get the move approved.

Pure reading between the lines but it was interesting radio

I haven't heard new ownership, but Sandy is a big player in building the Staduim. I can see the NFL using Vegas as leverage to get Baby Davis out as the owner.

Sandy made me a lot of money after the crash in 07 I was lucky to buy LVS at $5 a share and was a dumb azz and sold it at 50.

Vegas will get a team just curious if it will be the Raiders or the Chargers
