Team #3 Nevermind: Quiche vs Frittata | Spinach & Sun-Dried tomato Quiche – Cooking Clarified Quiche is traditionally more custard-based (heavy cream & eggs). I rarely put milk in mine so I've been making frittatas for years and callin them quiche. lol
