idk who you are, but both of these statements are idiotic. Maddon is a huge upgrade and Logan White has been a huge part of player development/international scouting over the last 12 years.

You don't? He's done more with less talent than Mattingly has had over the past 2 years.

Losing Logan White sucks, he drafted Clayton Kershaw, Matt Kemp, Dee Gordon, Russell Martin as well as Joc Pederson and Corey Seager. He also lead in the international signings of Hyun-Jin Ryu, Yasiel Puig, and our current top pitching prospect Julio Urias. The Dodgers drafted over 50 players who would make it to the major leagues during his tenure.

It's been kind of a mixed bag so far this offseason, I was happy about getting Friedman but not going after Joe Maddon and losing Logan White is nothing to get excited about. Josh Byrnes is expected to sign on as Dodgers GM after the World Series, apparently he is Friedman's boy so we'll see how this all plays out. I'm hoping the growing pains come at a minimum in this transitional year for the Dodgers.

A bummer.... but he's been flirting with leaving for a long time. Friedman was the final straw as he was not being considered for any type of job upgrade within the organization.

Really can't understand why they wont hire a legitimate manager. Going to be the same old story until they rid themselves of Mattingly. Getting tired of this every season.
