Ok just took the chicken leg quarters off the smoker. Sticking them in the oven 375 degrees to crisp up the skin.
Got some chipotle rubbed pork roasts (trimmed butt) at 175 degrees, 20 degrees to go.
I'm gonna try slicing them instead of pulling and the beans been in the smoker since noon. Corn on the cob, tater salad and it's football in the HISL house!!!!!
Been trying some different things today. An autumn amber ale from some brewery I've never heard of. We got some punch with sherbert for my granddaughter and damn if it isn't damn good with a little even. Been two of them now a Red rye ale from Jackalope brewing company. It's damned good!
End result? I am primed and ready. BRING ON THE PAIN BLACKSHIRTS!!!!!
