The message is certainly mixed. You bench DH because you think you have a chance with conference games coming up with a chance at winning a loser of a division. You mention that you WOULD sign Eric Reid if the chance presents itself if needed. It does and you offer a practice squad slot? We need a legitimate starting safety which is something we know Everett is not and Curl is a rookie and Apke is well, Apke. I'm starting to lose confidence in the decision making process going on in Ashburn.

I agree , see some people think you can wave a dollar bill at someone and it’s fixes everything .

What does Reid see ? A dysfunctional franchise with no future for him

I would play curl and see what he has . He has shown well in limited time . Doesn’t mean he is an answer but checking him out while trying to win is good . Elevate reeves and see if he is a BU

Sure, ... there's a sensitivity that is more pronounced now than in previous generations. People are more outspoken and less likely to let an offense "slide" than in my generation.

The internet, specifically, social media has given license to a whole new level of distain and disrespect for differing opinions because they aren't merely differences in opinion, behind a keyboard, they're personal attacks that cannot go unanswered.

With respect to the "no politics" rule I'll just state that there's what I call "a 30 minutes or less" standard at play now, where instant results are a must or there will be hell to pay.

There's so much more that I could offer but hopefully this provides some clarity for you.
