Being a Penn State fan I would love to see ARob here.

He's a legit #1 receiver. He has all the tools. He put up numbers with dreadful QB play as well.

Skins havent had an imposing #1 receiver like that since Art Monk

at #13 I'd take Payne, Vea, Edmunds, Roquan Smith, Josh Jackson, Derwin James or what I most want to happen have a QB say Josh Allen slip and trade back with Saints or Chargers and take any of the players I just mentioned if they fall and if they dont fall grab your starting RB or LG

If you are going to pay good money for Allen why draft Payne? Vea is that same player too. Edmunds, JAmes, and Smith are probably gone by #13 and Jackson just had a horrible combine. We only need on dlineman (NT) and one WR in my book.

So you are going to pay B. Allen good money to be a backup at NT? I don't see that at all. I don't see them cutting McClain either. Only one NT needs to be added. The injuries last year killed this dline. Its not as bad as people think. If we somehow do sign B. Allen then Vea and Payne should be off the draft board.

Beau Allen is a rotational lineman. Hes not going to break the bank. I would pay Allen whatever Mcclain is making.

a rotational piece should not change the draft board. That is a poor way to draft.

guys always get good money in FA. Mclain got 4-5 million last year. So what if Beau is 5-7m? For a backup? No thanks.

My FA targets/signings would be:

Beau Allen = DL
Paul Richardson = WR
Avery Williamson = ILB
Ryan Jensen = LG
Nickel Robey-Coleman = CB

These would be less expensive young and healthy FA that we can afford and who would improve the team immediately. The first 2 rounds could address RB and DL/ILB/CB. Trading Cravens for a 3rd would be perfect IF the FO is set on getting him off the team.

Skins are interested in Allen Robinson. I'm kind of torn on this one b/c he is young and should demand huge dollars. But he is coming of an ACL and is not a speed burner that we need. Taylor Gabriel was also mentioned.

robinson is young and if you are willing to cede he might not be what he could be here in year one then you do it

still a risk at top dollar. Watkins should be a lot cheaper if we want to make a big splash in FA. Richardson and Gabriel would be the cheapest way out excluding the draft. Robinson could be 13m per season b/c of his age.
