The cutter was pure, unadulterated fall-off-the-table FILTH. He was dominant for 8 innings of 3-hit ball. Anyone else watch him victimize the Nats? Impressive, especially for a pitcher fighting to stay in the fifth-starter spot. I think he just bought a few more starts.

Man, it was a pure gem. It must be rough for a pitcher who was so dominant for so long to know he still has stuff but have such a hard time putting it on display. It's going to be interesting to see what this does to his spot in the rotation with a sub-4 ERA now.
