Fox Sports 1 vs Espn

Have you guys checked out the new Fox Sports 1 network that's trying to compete with Espn? It looks pretty interesting and should be a nice change for those wanting to get away from Espn. Plus they stole Charissa Thompson from Espn so I'll definitely be watching for her.

My plan is to give the mouse as little of my time as possible. I know we have our pick-em there so they'll get my time there and for the NFL games. I'm looking for a nice gamecast site for baseball because FOX's and CBS'd suck donkey dicks. Any one have any better options? Does yahoo have a a decent one?

Yea I have seen it and I like it. I'm so sick of watching 'First Take' everyday and hearing Skip Bayless and Steven A act like they know what there talking about. So it will be nice to watch some new sports shows. Although I do enjoy Mike and Mike and the Herd on ESPN.

Thank Goodness I recorded the fights Saturday night. I was able to fast forward through the 8 billion commercials they ran

lots and lots and lots of NASCAR coverage....I haven't seen anything that makes them compete with Disney yet and separate themselves from other sport networks like Root and NBC.

Their sports news shows though, bleh. Listening to McNabb talk in general is nauseating, let alone about baseball or other sports. Or former tennis players like Andy Roddick talking about college football. The format is strange.

I'm just glad to have a (hopefully) fair way to watch sports, with no favoritism of any and every new york and boston team. Every single day, about 10-15 minutes a part at most, espn is talking or showing something from ny/bos and LA when they're good.. I hope FOX can keep it fair and air the best (or most intriguing) game of the night. If so, just give them a little "growing pains" time and they'll be competing directly imo. I'm pretty excited about it - and - I still get Fox Sports MidWest so I still get all of my Cardinal games. (fist pump)

Didn't know Charissa is going to be there, bonus time. Although I still miss my Beadle..
