I'm glad on the one hand there's some variety of accountability happening here, but there were more than two officers involved in not helping him, and there was complicity of more officers in reporting the original lie they told. And I'm still not convinced this is the whole truth, because that blood was coming from inside the man's ear, which isn't consistent with a "laceration."
